Our extra virgin olive oil is made solely from olives grown on the Domaine. The olive grove features 100 year-old olive trees, next to which younger olive trees have been planted.
This unique blend of different varieties – some very ancient – fills our olive oil with beautiful aromatic flavours, typical of our delicious Provence terroir.
We practise cold extraction for maxmimum preservation of aromas.
For logistical reasons, our olive oil is only available in boxes of 6 x 75cl bottles for the moment.
